The Sandy Police Department proudly serves a community of approximately 89,000 residents across 22.3 square miles in southeast Salt Lake County. With 112 sworn officers and 36 civilian employees, the department is committed to maintaining safety, order, and trust throughout the city.
The Sandy Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 21 represents all sworn members of the Sandy Police Department below the rank of lieutenant and is recognized as the official bargaining organization. For decades, the FOP has worked to ensure officers have the training, equipment, and support needed to serve the community safely and effectively.
By partnering with the community and advocating for our members, the Sandy FOP Lodge 21 continues its long-standing commitment to quality police services and professional excellence.
